xBuilder Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy covers xBuilder: xbuilder.studio, the editor at app.xbuilder.studio and its site addresses, and the websites xBuilder hosts (together, "xBuilder"). xBuilder is made and run by PROJEX, 2040 W Main St, Ste 304, Rapid City, SD 57702. Information We Collect

Information You Give Us

• Your name, email address and phone number, and the business you build a website for;
• Your website's content: pages, pictures, products, events, posts and the other things you add;
• Messages you send us, and questions you ask xBuilder's AI; and
• Billing details for paid plans, which our payment provider (Stripe) handles. We never see your full card number.

Information From Your Website's Visitors

When visitors use forms, bookings or the shop on a website xBuilder hosts, xBuilder keeps what they send so the website's owner can answer them. The owner decides what their forms ask for. xBuilder counts visits without cookies and without keeping visitors' IP addresses.

Collected Automatically

When you use the editor, we keep a record of sign-ins and changes (so you can undo and see your site's history) and basic technical details, such as your browser and device, to keep xBuilder secure.

Google User Data

Some xBuilder features let you connect a Google account. You choose to connect it on Google's own screen, and you can disconnect it at any time.

• Google Merchant Center (Google Shopping). When you press Connect Google on xBuilder's Store page, xBuilder asks for access to your Merchant Center account (the content scope). We use it only to find your Merchant Center account, add your store's product feed to it so Google can show your products, and claim your website for it. We don't read, change or delete anything else in your Merchant Center.
• Google Business Profile and Search Console. When PROJEX connects these for your business, we use them only to show your reviews, search results and business listing in xBuilder and in your reports.

We keep the sign-in Google gives us encrypted, and we delete it when you disconnect. You can also remove xBuilder's access at any time from your Google Account's third-party access page.

xBuilder's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We don't sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or let people read it except with your permission, for security, or when the law requires it. We don't use it to train AI models.

How We Use Your Information

• To edit, publish and host your website, and run the features you switch on;
• To answer you, support you and bill paid plans;
• To understand how xBuilder is used so we can improve it (statistics only); and
• To keep xBuilder secure and meet our legal obligations.

Who We Share Information With

We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only in these cases:

• Our team. PROJEX team members who need it to support you.
• Service providers. Companies that run parts of xBuilder for us: hosting and storage (Cloudflare), email delivery, payments (Stripe) and AI providers for the AI features you use. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
• Services you connect. Information goes to a service you connect (such as Google) only to do the job you connected it for.
• Legal reasons. If the law or a legal proceeding requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
• A business transfer. If PROJEX is sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner under the same protections.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep your website's content and history while your site is on xBuilder, and for a reasonable time after so you can come back or export it. You can export your content at any time. Connected-service sign-ins are deleted when you disconnect them.

How We Protect Your Information

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypt the sign-ins of services you connect, limit access to the people who need it, and rely on established providers with strong security practices. No system on the internet is perfectly secure, so while we take reasonable precautions, we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

xBuilder isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn we have, we'll delete it as soon as possible.

Your Choices and Rights

Ask us what we have, how we've used it and who we've shared it with, or ask us to update or delete it. We'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have more privacy rights under your state's law, and we'll honor them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above, and we'll tell xBuilder's users about any significant changes.
